Return and Exchanges

At Jems and Juliette We want to make sure that you absolutely love the jewelry you purchase online, If for any reason you are unhappy with your order,* We gladly accept your return within 20 days from the Date of Delivery your Refund will include the full prices less 15%  restocking fee and all the shipping charges .If you wish to process a return, we will happily assist you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, Warranty, Certificate of Authentication and in its original packaging (including the preserved roses). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To qualify for free return shipping, you must use the shipping label that we provide to you.

 

In case you Received an Complementary  gift with your purchase, the gift must be returned along with the item you purchased. In case We receive the return without the free gift Jems and Juliette Jewelry  will charge the to you for the cost of the item, or we may deduct the value of it  from the amount refunded to you.

 

If the Customer Failed to send us the product as per our requirement  we will not process your return or exchange, and we do not guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-refundable product back to you.

 

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. Starting the first business day after your return has been received. You will received an email when the refund have been processed .
